* A.C digital servo drive motors are Direct Coupled (no drive belts) to the axis ball screws maximizing positioning speed while maintaining locating accuracy and eliminating transmission errors.

* This entire powerful machine tool frame assembly is fully guarded by a modern designed sheet metal enclosure to protect the operator, keep the shop clean of chips and coolant, and optimize conformance to environmental concerns.

* Using the most advanced Computer Aided  Design Finite Structural Analysis programs, an extremely rigid  machine base foundation  was created that supports and maintains the outstanding  accuracy of this high performance machine.

* The Tri-Angulated 3-point footprint  design of the base will keep a constant  level state with no extraordinary special or unusual foundations needed.
